Azray D. holds a Master's Degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, England and a Bachelor's Degree (Hons.) in Commerce and Management majoring in Accounting from Lincoln University, New Zealand. He has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Business Advisory and Corporate Finance - covering both local and international projects / assignments in countries such as India and Pakistan, apart from Malaysia. He has dealt with Corporate Restructuring exercises, Fund Raising exercises, Project Company & Finance Advisory, Financial Analysis as well as Business Valuations for a number of reputable companies. His previous employments include those with Messrs. Arthur Andersen and OSK Investment Bank Bhd.
